We are currently working with a top US firm with headquarters in New York looking to take on a junior solicitor in their London office. The firms global revenue soared in the last year to surpass the big £1 billion mark. They are know for multi-billion dollar mergers between some of the worlds largest corporations.
The Role
- The firm’s London employment practice advises clients on a wide variety of employment matters.
- They advise on the employment aspects of complex and high value Mergers and Acquisitions, executive service contacts, senior executive terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and discrimination issues.
Candidate Requirements:
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years experience within employment law.
- Ability to build strong relationships with other departments within the firm, and the clients that you work with
- Be a keen business developer and have the ability to generate new business whilst nurturing and building existing client relationships
- Able to work as part of a team and mentor junior team members
- Should be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- The successful candidate will be mid to senior at a top London firm and from a top school. (class of 2011)
