Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Solicitor to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is the chance to join a friendly and experienced local authority team.
Our client is happy to look at someone who has experience in commercial property law. They would also look at someone who is a NQ Solicitor who has had exposure in their training contract.
The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer post will pick up a range of matters, including:
- Providing legal advice in relation to commercial property
- Leases and licenses
- Sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
This local authorities legal team all work on a 100% remote working basis if desired, however their offices are open if people do want to go in.
