Company Law Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Company Law Solicitor to join a nice, well-respected and friendly local authority.

This is a locum position, the successful Company Law Solicitor would be able to work on a part time, remote working basis. The role will initially be for 3 month with the expectation to be extended

The contracts lawyer will have expert understanding of commercial and company law, in order to provide proficient legal advice internally and externally.

The successful candidate may have to deal with duties such as;

• Providing and maintaining awareness of legal developments
• Identifying changes in law and advise customers on these changes
• Contribute towards the development of policies, practice and business efficiencies, including delivering training to colleagues and customers

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the statutory governance frameworks relating to local authorities.
