A top 100 defendant firm is seeking a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join its highly-rated EL/PL team in Manchester.
Your responsibilities would include a handling a litigated caseload of fast track and multi-track EL/PL claims valued up to £100k. You should have experience assessing liability and quantum, and be able to make offers and negotiate settlements where necessary. You should be comfortable dealing with client queries and managing expectations.
