Residential Property Paralegal, Durham, Well established North East law firm
OVERVIEW:
• The appointed candidate will hit the ground running and handle a variety of residential property matters under supervision.
• You will be responsible for assisting experienced fee earners on a caseload of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, re-finances, new build purchases, buy to let purchase and re-finances and transfer of equity.
• Training will be provided and career development opportunities will be available to the right candidate.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in this field is essential together with being educated to a degree level (LPC would be desirable but not essential).
• You will have technical knowledge commensurate to your level of experience as well as having a pro-active, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Client care must be of upmost importance to you to ensure high quality legal advice is delivered, whilst managing and adhering to deadlines.
