Commercial Property Paralegal - Cardiff

Excellent opportunity to join a leading top 100 UK law firm in their central Cardiff office.

The firm are recruiting for a legal assistant / Paralegal to join the Commercial Property team. The Commercial Property team deliver focused strategic advice to a wide range of clients. They are at the forefront of commercial property development in Wales working with a broad range of developers, investors, banks, national house builders, landlords, housing associations, retail and public sectors.

You will enjoy an interesting and varied role dealing with purchases and sales including carrying out searches, completions etc as well as post completion matters.

To apply for this role you should have at least 12 months experience in a residential or commercial conveyancing role.
