Here at Interlink Talent Solutions are seeking a talented, dynamic and ambitious Senior Associate to join a Tier 1, Commercial Team in Birmingham. The Successful Candidate

  • We are looking for a 7-10 years PQE, English law qualified commercial lawyer to join our dynamic and thriving Commercial team and be based in our Birmingham office.
  • The successful candidate will work alongside one of our established Partners on a day to day basis giving excellent opportunities for skills and career development.
  • An individual who is technically excellent, commercially aware, highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, a strong client focused approach and an ability to 'think outside the box' and develop innovative solutions.
  • A strong academic background coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills is also key together with good experience of supervising and working with junior colleagues.
  • You will have trained and worked in a large commercial practice and be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of drafting and leading the negotiation of complex commercial contracts, including on an international basis.
  • Both public and private sector experience would be ideal and working with large scale clients is essential.
  • A good understanding of the application of TUPE, data protection and intellectual property law in the context of long term services supply and outsourcing agreements is also necessary.
  • You will have a keen interest in global sector and a clear desire to become a true expert in your chosen fields.
