Regional law firm with an enviable client and London quality work are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Property fee earner to join their highly successful CQS accredited team.
The role will involve handling a large caseload of matters relating to mostly new build transactions with support with highly recognised builders.
Ideally, you be a Legal Executive or Solicitor that has gained previous experience of new build work and able to run a high volume caseload with or without supervision and the ability to deal with generalist residential transactions.
Salary is dependant on experience and includes an excellent bonus scheme and free car parking at their office in Surrey.
