Construction Solicitor

A top tier firm in Guildford are looking for a junior solicitor to join their very highly regarded construction practice. Joining this sizeable team, you will work on a broad range of matters for clients in the UK as well as internationally. This role will offer the successful individual to work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

The types of clients you will be acting for include real estate developers, property investment companies and developers. You will also be advising on a full range of dispute resolution including arbitration and adjudication, and given the opportunity to work on the commercial investment development of residential property and institutional investment into residential property.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales or be due to qualify soon;
• Have experience in construction law;
• Have the confidence to work directly with your own client base;
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
