This top 70 UK Law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial IT solicitor. The commercial team operates over 10 offices which provides for a dynamic collaborative approach.

Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of general commercial matters with a particular focus on IP/ IT and technology. The type of matters you will be dealing with will include digital transformation, outsourcing, blockchain, CCS frameworks and licensing.

Currently the team is headed by a highly experienced Commercial Partner who is establishing and maintaining several client relationships which has resulted in the need to expand the team due to the high quality instructions the team are receiving.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge within this area and will be able to hit the ground running.

This position can be carried out from any of the offices, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Hereford, Birmingham or Cardiff. There is also the option for this role to be remote with the occasional day in the office.
