Property Litigation Associate NQ-2 - Birmingham

This top law firm is seeking a property litigation solicitor to join their Birmingham office. The firm have been recognised as a leading legal employer and are ranked in L500 and Chambers. The team has more than doubled in size over the last five years and is expected to continue to expand.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Managing own caseload of mixed property litigation work, which is currently defendant housing disrepair work
• Commercial cases include estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals and injunctions etc.
• Residential cases include possessions, rent recovery, disrepair etc. for both housing association and other residential landlords
• Assisting other case handlers with their caseload
• Supporting and developing more junior members of the team
• Assisting with business development and profile raising initiatives including networking events

You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, communication and team working skills. The firm have a hybrid working policy in place.
