International law firm seek a newly qualified solicitor to join their growing Corporate team for September 2022.
You will work as part of client and transaction teams with the ability to develop long-term trusted relationships, you will work on M&A and Private Equity transactions and otherwise work with all of the partners and senior associates across the range of corporate work-types. You will be supported to create and develop your own business development initiatives and improve your professional skills.
The team's spread of work is broad, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and group restructurings.
You will have sat in at least one Corporate seat during your training contract on Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity transactions. Any additional experience within a Corporate team will be advantageous.
