Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer | Wakefield | £30k-£40k plus additional benefits | Potential Future Head Of Dept Opportunity and Profit Share | Ref 52564

My client is a well-established and successful law firm with offices in West and South Yorkshire. They are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team in their Wakefield office.

We are ideally seeking someone with at least 3 years post qualification experience who is able to work unsupervised with a full caseload. We require someone who is proactive, self-motivated and not afraid to bring change to the department. The successful candidate will initially work under the Head of Department running their own caseload of predominantly Residential files such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.

Ideally they will have a proven track record of bringing in new work.to join their busy team in their Wakefield office.

They are looking to offer a salary of £30k-£40k dependent upon experience along with some additional incentives as below:

• Up to £600 per year towards car insurance or the full amount (whichever is lower)
• A £250 annual staff welfare benefit which can be used for gym membership, fitness classes, sports club memberships, private medical treatment, mindfulness, glasses etc
• An annual staff away day all expenses paid
• An annual Christmas meal and night out all expenses paid

There is also the potential for the right candidate to move on to head up their own department in the next 12-24 months which would attract an annual profit share bonuses which would substantially boost earnings.
