JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

SALARY: Circa £45,000 plus

THE ROLE:
Due to expansion, the thriving corporate team of this leading commercial law firm and deal with a full and varied caseload of corporate matters. You will be joining an established and close-knit team working on a diverse caseload of corporate matters. The work will be varied and cover the broad spectrum of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and business start-ups. The firm are offering a supportive working environment with a strong client base and future growth and development opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Lawyers with up to 4 years PQE in dealing with all aspects of corporate law. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat in corporate law within a reputable practice renowned for their corporate offerings. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional services to clients. The role and clients will be varied and they advise family businesses, financial institutions, banks, multi-national corporations and listed companies on a variety of corporate transactions ranging in values.
