In House Legal counsel - NQ to 3 PQE - Hybrid - Staffordshire

Are you interested in working with a highly regarded brand who are one of the biggest names in FMCG globally, with amazing opportunities to fly off to Australia or the Americas to assist on legal matters on a truly international scale?

This business is looking for a NQ-3 PQE either from a commercial contracts background, or someone who works in litigation, employment, construction, real estate, or regulatory that would like a more varied generalist commercial role.

Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel, you will be advising the business on a variety of legal matters across EMEA, Asia and America including general business to business commercial contracts, i. licensing agreements for the brand products, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics. You will also be a dedicated point of contact for the global marketing team, advising on promotion and marketing campaigns and press releases, as well as general regulatory matters.

You will be trusted to run your matters with a good amount of autonomy, but within a caring and supportive environment with the required support. What is key is that you have the enthusiasm and work ethic to make an impact and become one of the trusted lawyers within the business.
