Your new role

This in-house solicitor role is to focus on commercial litigation matters. The business has a broad spread of disputes work that it is handling. The commercial litigation work is currently outsourced and the business is looking to bring this in-house. Some of the litigation has a construction angle and so if you have some construction experience this is helpful but not essential.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced commercial litigation lawyer who is able to work on a stand alone basis. You will have a commercial approach and be able to communicate effectively within the business.
