Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
Taunton
£40,000 - £50,000
This established and reputed client is very busy across both their commercial and residential property teams.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced solicitor or legal executive into their Taunton office.
Here you will run a caseload of matters to include both sales and purchases. The transactions can be complex and your responsibilities will also include advising on; transfers of equity, shared ownership, help to buy schemes, help to buy ISAs, declarations of trust, remortgages, and new builds.
Those with residential development experience handling easements and conditional contracts are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential.
Residential property solicitors and legal executives with at least 2 or 3 years experience are invited to apply.
Excellent salary available depending on experience.
