A highly regarded South Wales firm is looking for a qualified Social Housing Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE as well as experience of handling commercial property, asset management, and development support work. This role is part of the Social Housing Team, based in Cardiff.
You will be a valued member of a busy, growing department, delivering high-quality legal advice on site acquisitions, land options, promotion agreements, section 106 schemes, development agreements, joint ventures, commercial lease portfolio advice, refinance work, grant funding, and innovative zero carbon/energy efficient housing schemes.
You will have a solid background in commercial property law, and it will be a benefit if you have knowledge of social housing, although this is not essential.
