Candidates will be performing the following duties and expected to work to a high standard:

- Reviewing and analysing claimant and defendant documents
- Drafting and filing procedural court documents
- Assisting in the preparation of defences and witness statements
- Preparing for hearings
- Negotiating
- Liaising with the wider team, the client, courts, Counsel and the claimants’ solicitors
- Collaborating to achieve deadlines
- Preparing management information
- Accurate time recording
