My client is a hugely successful South Wales Legal 100 firm who is looking for a commercial property fee-earning paralegal for its Cardiff office.
This role will focus on serving their social housing association clients and handling a busy caseload of shared ownership and home-buy disposal matters,
Ideal candidates will have a strong conveyancing, high volume background, you do not need to have experience in these types of matters as training will be given.
You must have at least 12 months fee-earning experience as there will junior members of the team whom you will support. LPC graduates, CILEX or others would also be considered.
