Employment Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, Oxford, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – An excellent opportunity to join a leading practice, handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
OVERVIEW:
• This leading employment law team provides fast, proactive and practical legal support.
• The team advise major companies through to smaller private and owner-managed businesses in a wide variety of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, recruitment, media, hotels and leisure, manufacturing and professional services.
• The firm’s Employment Solicitors cover the whole spectrum of employment law issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 1-4 years PQE.
• You will be responsible for providing day-to-day employment law advice to clients, conducting advocacy at employment tribunal hearings and managing employment tribunal cases, which may include acting for the Police Federation.
• You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home for at least 50% of their time
