Boutique alternative fund based in the city is seeking a legal counsel to join the team.

You will work within a small and collaborative team of lawyers on a wide range of matters including fund documentation, investment fund structuring, broker documents, and advising on regulatory issues as they arise.

You will have funds, financial services and/or regulatory experience from a top firm or in-house and be excited to work in a dynamic business.
