Director - Equity Derivatives – top Investment Bank

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Equity Derivatives lawyer to work in the London-based legal team of a top investment bank.

In this role you will provide transactional support in Equity Derivatives to the business, including Corporate Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities and Equity Options, Securitisation, Repo Finance, Repackagings and relevant note of issuances.

You will work closely with a number of jurisdictions, as well as the Equities COO. This role reports into the Head of Legal for EMEA and Asia.

The successful candidate will be at least 8PQE from a reputable law firm or equivalent financial services institution. Working knowledge of all areas listed above would be advantages, however, coming from an Equity Derivatives background is essential.
