Legal Counsel

DHL Italy has exclusively instructed Taylor Root to source a Legal Counsel. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will join a team of 8 lawyers.

MAIN TASK
· Draft and review commercial agreements
· Provide legal advise and risk assessment in managing business projects
· Support the implementation/monitoring of compliance requirements
· Take the lead in developing contract and document templates
· Assist with litigations and claims

REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Law
* A master degree in Law and Italian Bar Admission, will be considered a plus
* At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (in house or in a law firm)
* Smiling person with passion for the work and willingness to go the extra mile
* Confident in handling a broad range of legal matters where both legal expertise and commercial pragmatism will be invaluable
* Proficient in Italian and English
* Outstanding communication skills with a non-legal audience- both orally and in writing;
* Ability to deliver quality- commercial solutions dealing with pressure
* Excellent team player, ability to engage and mobilize cross-functional teams
* A results-driven problem solver

WORKPLACE:

* Working time: Full-time
* Contract Type: fixed-term (24 months)
