SALARY: £34,000 - 38,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a confident Legal Advisor to join a thriving and highly regarded regulatory body. Your key duties will include, but not limited to, legal research, interpretations of rules and regulations, preparing independent review requests, conducting case to answer assessments, drafting and serving notice/charge letters, assisting with advocacy, managing the organisations database and advising on evidence gathering. You will work with the legal team to ensure the highest quality legal advice is made available to the organisation in the most efficient way.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Advisor with at least 12 months of experience within regulatory law, gained ideally within another regulatory body. Candidates must be educated to degree level and possess an additional legal qualification i.e LPC etc. Experience of communication and presenting to a variety of levels of seniority and backgrounds both internally and externally is essential. You will be self-aware and possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
