Fantastic opportunity for an experience Housing & Regeneration Solicitor to join one of the North West's most successful legal teams and work for a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 Social Housing department.
About the Solicitor role:
The role will primarily involve dealing with Development Property work for housing sector clients and dealing with tasks such as;
- drafting and negotiating on sale and purchase contracts,
- conditional agreements,
- development agreements,
- section 106 agreement variations,
- overage agreements
- forward funding arrangements,
- advising on acquisitions and disposals of development sites
- advising on landlord and tenant issues
- stock transfers,
- grant funding,
- site set-ups,
- supported living and charging transactions

To be considered for this Solicitor role:
- You will ideally have gained at least 2 years' experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and have the ability to work with Social Housing providers and dealing with development property for a range on national housing sector clients.
Salary and Benefits for this Solicitor role:
- Due to the PQE range being from 2 Years' PQE all the way through to Senior Associate level, there isn't an exact salary range in place but Junior Solicitors can expect a salary of circa £40,000 with Senior Solicitors comfortably exceeding £60,000+.
