Interim Legal Counsel

Fixed term contract available with a technology driven service provider based in Manchester. This is an opportunity to join an established global legal team who are very supportive and close knit. Ideally you will be available quickly and able to commit to a 12 month contract.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating customer, supplier and procurement contracts for the EMEA business reporting to the Legal Director. The offices are based in the centre of Manchester but time in the office is at your discretion and the role can be offered remotely and on a part-time (4 day) or full-time basis.

You:

- 3 PQE + commercial contracts experience gained preferably in-house but also in private practice;
- Experience managing corporate transactions would be useful but isn't essential;
- Available in the next 2 months to start a fixed term contract; and
- Able to communicate successfully with non-legal contacts around the business.
