Senior Associate Solicitor

This international law firm are currently seeking an Associate to join their expanding team!

The opportunity will involve advising on the full range of matters that can arise in a development project, covering design, tendering and bidding, financing and award, advice on live projects and after completion (including the operation and maintenance phase).

The successful candidate will be advising high profile, blue chip clients including developers, contractors and consultants active on a wide range of projects including commercial development, residential projects and hotel and leisure schemes. The team also act for borrowers and lenders on the construction aspects of real estate finance transactions.
