We are working with a Birmingham law firm who are looking to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor to join their team.

Description

This is an opportunity to join a national firm within their Insolvency team.

The Insolvency team specialises in both contentious and non-contentious work - you will be working closely alongside the Partners in the team, as well as working alongside more junior members of staff.

The team is well known in the local Insolvency market, with strong relationships and connections with intermediaries.

The team is very busy at the moment, which is the reason behind the recruitment.

This would be a great chance to learn and develop from experienced Insolvency lawyers, as well as being given lots of autonomy to network and grow your own reputation within the area.

The firm has a national Insolvency practice so you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues in other offices on matters too.

The role is based in Birmingham city centre but the firm has a hybrid working model.

Profile

It's likely that you will be a qualified solicitor with a solid grounding in Insolvency work. However, the team would be happy to consider candidates coming up to qualification in the Summer who have either taken a seat in Insolvency or who have perhaps done some elements of Insolvency work during their Litigation seat.

Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE.
