Join a non-departmental public body, implementing and managing anti-doping policy in the UK, as their new Lawyer. 

The Role: 

They firm are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their Legal team.

As the new Lawyer, you will be:

• Reporting into the Head of Case Management, responsible for prosecuting on rule violation matters, including acting as an advocate on behalf of organisation and other tribunals
• Responsible for preparing independent review requests, draft and review written submissions and witness statements
• Advising on evidence gathering and admissibility in addition to reviewing evidence for disclosure purposes

About You: 

• To be considered for the role, you should be a Barrister or Solicitor with a current practising certificate and substantial experience of appearing as an advocate before a range of tribunals
• You should have substantial experience of handling litigation matters, proven experience of working with professional regulations and demonstrable experience of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Although not essential, experience of working with anti-doping rules and regulations is desirable.
