Lending Lawyer – 4+ PQE – asset manager

Exciting new opportunity for a lending/leveraged finance lawyer to join a top investment business supporting their legal team in London. In this role you will work closely with the business focusing on direct lending and advising on key legal aspects of Direct Lending origination, execution and portfolio management. As a lending lawyer you will also advise and negotiate aspects of fund life, origination and transaction processes, including transaction Term Sheets, Facility Agreements and other agreements. There is a possibility to gain experience in the areas of sustainable finance initiatives, as well as restructuring of investments; interest in these areas would be beneficial. The successful candidate will have 4+ PQE legal experience within the Leveraged Finance and Direct Lending market from a reputable law firm or through an in-house position at a financial services business. Good transaction experience in Private Equity or in the Leveraged Finance market in Europe is a must. As well as previous legal lending experience.
