Employment Solicitor – Our client, a large and highly accredited Legal 500 Kent firm with a long-standing reputation in the area has asked us to assist them in finding a further Solicitor to join their impressive UK Chambers ranked employment department.
About the Role
Acting for employers and employees in the private, state and third sectors, the team manage a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. These include, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, whistleblowing and HR advice.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking an ambitious Solicitor between NQ and 3 years PQE who can become a key member of the team and add value to the practice. An expectation to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation is a must along with the ability to market and to develop the Employment Team’s client base further.
