Property Damage Paralegal - Bristol - £30,000 - £35,000
A leading Legal 100 law firm in Bristol is seeking a property damage paralegal to join their successful commercial insurance team.
In this position you will act for major insurers handling a caseload of matters dealing with policy coverage, liability, subrogated recoveries, handling a wide variety of work from initial instruction, through to conclusion.
In addition, you'll assist the Partners in more complex/high value matters. This includes multi-million-pound claims for fire, infrastructure damage, flood damage, building defect claims, Party Wall Act disputes as well as subsidence.
You must be an experienced fee-earning paralegal or trainee legal executive (wanting to complete your portfolio for qualification - note this is a firm who support CILEx and place this qualification in high regard), with demonstrable experience in a range of property damage claims (acting on behalf of the insurer).
