My client a  Lexcel accredited Law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Fee Earner for their office in  Leeds.

The Role:

As the successful Private Client Fee Earner, you will be joining an experienced and friendly Wills and Probate Team, where you will be managing private client law issues, providing professional legal advice across a range of topics including Wills and probate, inheritance tax planning, setting up and managing trusts, powers of attorney, etc.
The Private Client Team deal with a variety of different matters, including:

• Wills and Probate
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Deputyships
• Court of Protection

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a solid work history in handling your own caseload of Private Client Matters. You will be organised and demonstrate client care skills that are second to none. In addition, you will be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years Post Qualified Experience.
