Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - Farnham - £55,000 - £70,000
Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 2 offices in the Thames Valley are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the current team in Farnham.
The department deal with FH and LH office, industrial, educational, licensed and retail premises; Residential development and associated planning matters for developers and landowners; Agricultural related work encompassing farmland and landed estates.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in dealing with a mix of Commercial Property matters including:
** Business Leasehold & Freehold
** Business Sales & Purchases
** New Build/Land Development
** Secured Lending
** Portfolio Management
The firm are well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality they provide to their property clients.
You will be required to have a excellent IT and organisational skills and be able to use a Case Management System.
