3+ Commercial - Full-time of 4 Days per week

First time legal appointment at sports betting company that offers real time aggregators. Based in London and reporting to the CEO, you will undertake a broad ranging and hands-on role at tis rapidly expanding company that was established by an entrepreneur. This will include supporting the business strategy by providing in-house advice on a range of legal matters in support of commercial decision-making, and general operations.

Key duties will include:

Contracts · Drafting and reviewing commercial and consultancy contracts, NDAs and more as needed. · Working closely with Commercial team on partnerships · Storing and sharing contracts as compliant and appropriate · Business development · Act as a trusted advisor to management. · Support business strategy · Supporting the preparation of new markets through networking and research of legal requirements in new locations. · Compliance · Maintaining Banking, Jurisdictional compliance · Ensuring we adhere to government regulations · Advise on data protection policies in the context of its contracting arrangements and processing of personal data · Provide legal advice to the business, sometimes using and managing advice and support from external advisors.

The role can be full-time or part-time for an experienced lawyer. Moreover, the role will be a hybrid role with days in the office and at home with the offices being in Central London.
