Corporate Solicitor
Corporate Solicitor. A corporate solicitor is offered the opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded teams outside of London. The team routinely advise both UK and foreign listed businesses on the full remit of corporate work, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructing, private equity and capital markets. Hybrid working is available.
Applications are sought from;
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales;
- 2+ years PQE focussed on corporate law;
- Experience must include mergers and acquisitons - other areas can be trained;
- Strong team player, willing to help colleagues;
- Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with non-lawyers;
- Commercially minded and able to think laterally.
