The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team act for a broad range of developers, lenders, landowners and national corporates on complex transactions and development projects across the retail, energy and public sectors
  • To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of commercial property work, including land acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, property finance, regeneration & development projects and real estate aspects of M&As
  • As a junior solicitor, you can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your real estate network

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Real Estate Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
  • Well-organised and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
