Conveyancing Paralegal/Junior Fee Earner - Preston
A long established regional firm is looking to add a Conveyancing Paralegal/Junior Fee Earner to its busy Residential Property team in Preston.
This is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic and reliable to work within a forward-thinking and reputable law firm where there are opportunities to develop and progress a legal career.
ROLE
- Handling own caseload to include transfers of equity, re-mortgages, purchases of freehold and charges against title
- Assisting fee earners in the team with sales and purchase transactions as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sufficient conveyancing experience to be able to confidently manage the caseload described.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is - Excellent client care and problem-solving skills.
