The Role:
- This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
- You will join an award-winning corporate department, widely recognised for providing top-notch advice for a range of large, well-known businesses, private companies and entrepreneurs
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including mergers & acquisitions, management buyouts, private equity & venture capital, succession planning, corporate reorganisations & restructuring, corporate governance and joint ventures
- As an Associate, you will also work closely alongside the senior members of the team who will give you the platform to further your development towards senior level and beyond
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Corporate Solicitor from 3 to 5 years PQE
- Well-organised and proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
