My client is a leading Legal 200 and Chambers ranked firm with offices across the South East with a highly successful Dispute Resolution team.
Due to expansion, they are currently in the process of recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2 – 4 years’ post qualification experience to join their South London team who advise clients on a full range of contentious real estate disputes involving both residential and commercial property for both occupiers and landowners.
You will manage a varied caseload and assist the Partners on more complex matters, including business tenancy renewals, dilapidations, landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, boundary determination, trespass (injunctions), easements, leasehold enfranchisement, restrictive covenants affecting freehold land, and mortgage issues.
