Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate, Guildford
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (2-7 years' PQE) who is looking for a new and exciting challenge and with a recognised property team.
My client is a leading Legal 100 law firm in Guildford, Surrey and is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join their successful and growing commercial property team. You'll have the autonomy and support to handle your own caseload advising on a wide range of high quality and complex commercial property work. Work will include sales and purchases (including contracts, transfers of part, deeds of easement and covenants, undertaking due diligence on properties, deducing title (whether the land is registered or unregistered) and drafting reports on title.
This Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate role will involve:
• Autonomy to run own caseload from the outset
• Career progression
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
On offer is a salary between £46,000 - £60,000 (please note that salary is just a guideline).
