Senior Business Development Manager leading BD activities for the regulatory group and the in innovative law firm. Hybrid working.

In this Senior Business Development Manager role, you will lead business development and marketing for the firm’s regulatory group. This is a really fascinating area covering competition, anti-bribery, data protection and product regulation and the group spans a number of different sectors. This includes financial services, retail, tech, advertising and professional services.
The role will involve:
- Working with the leadership team to design and deliver the groups’ business and BD strategy; Lead on the development of the go to market strategy; Developing a key account programme for the technology & media sector group; Instil a culture of cross-selling across the group; Running thought leadership campaigns and other profile-raising initiatives such as PR, events, internal comms and sponsorship opportunities; Leading on major bids & proposals; Managing two reports.
This is a great role for a BD Manager looking to step up in to a Senior Business Development Manager role.
You will have a significant track record in a business development role within the legal sector and ideally have a strong knowledge of the regulatory environment. You will have excellent partnership management skills and be organised and self-motivated.
