Residential Property Solicitor - Hybrid

An exceptional opportunity has arisen at a leading Top 50 international law firm for a Residential Property Solicitor on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. The role is due to start ideally in October.

You will handle a broad and varied residential property caseload consisting of high net worth, and some mid-value transactions primarily in London. You will handle freehold reporting on titles and leasehold reporting on titles, property acquisition sales, and conveyancing

The successful Residential Property Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE and must have a relevant background gained recently from a Top 200 or international law firm. Candidates need to be able to run matters themselves with minimal supervision, and client care experience is essential.

The firm operates a hybrid working model which is 2 days in the office, and 3 days remotely.

For individuals who are not London based, the firm is open to candidates who can work in one of their other offices in the Midlands, North East, or South East, however, the salary will be based on a regional salary in this instance.
