We are instructed by a top L500 regional law firms, who are seeking to expand their already highly rated and regarded Construction team across their numerous offices but in particular their Oxford office. This team is instructed by amongst others: Funders, Housing associations and registered providers, Professional designers, Local authorities and government bodies, Corporates and banks, Main contractors, sub-contractors and specialist suppliers, Health boards, Universities and Charities

This team acts in both contentious and non-contentious matters and they are looking for a contentious senior associate to work with clients in disputes resolving matters by negotiation, litigation, arbitration, adjudication or ADR.

You will have trained in the City or in a large regional and now be looking to redress the balance in a firm for whom work life balance is a reality. A very attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer.
