An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join one of the UK's leading Conveyancing practices working completely remotely.
You will be joining one of the UK's leading conveyancing businesses which incorporates many of the fastest growing, most innovative brands within the UK property market.
They are constantly innovating, upgrading and using modern technology along with the wealth of experience and expertise of their Conveyancing teams to provide the highest level of service for their clients and ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible for every fee earner.
You will play a vital role in contributing to the first-class service provided to clients and other third parties in all residential matters, within a high-volume conveyancing environment.
Your new role will see you effectively manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including but not limited to sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, right to buy & help to buy etc.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years' previous Residential Conveyancing experience and be confident in handling your own high-volume caseload of Conveyancing matters, have great interpersonal skills and be willing to work to tight deadlines.
