Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate Solicitor 2+ PQE to join their outstanding and progressive East London practice.

The Firm:

The Role:

They deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Company incorporation, advising on Governance issues, shareholder and investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions and advising on more complex disputes arising from any of the above.

Requirements & Salary:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor 2+ relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
