The Role
As the newly appointed Client Onboarding Supervisor, you will work alongside the compliance manager and your role will include but not be exclusive to:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the onboarding team
- Consulting with clients and other professionals in a courteous and helpful manner
- Relationship building with all key stakeholders
- Distributing t work and supervising the opening all of the Firms' files, ensuring all files are completely opened in line with internal and external procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitoring the SLAs to ensure clients receive initial contact by a Lawyer in a timely manner
- Ensuring internal procedures are applied and adhered to
- Adhering to the firms Service Level Agreements
- Identifying training needs across the team
- Delivering training where required
- Managing budgets across the department
- Conducting one to one performance meetings
- Undertaking Performance analysis of team members
- Adhering to Anti-Money Laundering Legislation
About you
In order to be considered for this role you will :
- Demonstrate experience in a similar position, ideally within a legal or professional serves environment.
- Have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills (Microsoft office products)
- Be a committed team manager with excellent communication and organisation skills
- Communication skills that are second to none
- Unwavering time management skills
- The proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
