THE ROLE:
This Property Litigation team in Newcastle provides advice on the full range of contentious property issues. Working with a nationwide team of specialist Property Litigation Solicitors, you will work with clients from the healthcare, social care and public sectors, advising on the full range of property litigation matters. As you gain in experience, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, whilst continuing to work on more complex matters under the guidance of experienced partners.

THE CANDIDATE:
This is great opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to specialise in Property Litigation. Solicitors with post qualification experience must have a proven track record within another recognised property litigation team. If Newly Qualified, you will have spent seats in Commercial Property and Commercial or Property Litigation. Good drafting skills, a commercial pragmatic outlook and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues is absolutely key to making a success of this role.
