Personal Injury Solicitor (1-5years’)

Are you an ambitious personal injury solicitor looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work for a forward thinking and innovative firm? If so, I am working on a fantastic opportunity with a well renowned firm based in Edinburgh who are looking for an eager personal injury solicitor to join their highly respected personal injury (defendant) team due to organic growth.
Our client is offering a personal injury solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload (both pre-litigation and litigated files) where you will be managing your own caseload of high quality (defender) personal injury cases - RTA, EL/PL etc.
Court litigation experience including an understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures and experience in working with and instructing counsel would be highly desirable. While an individual with previous defendant experience would be ideal, applications from solicitors with a pursuer legal background are also welcome.
